Rolex Submariner Date- Vintage- Model-1680 -1977 Box & Papers. The Calibre 1570 has just been serviced by our watch maker and is running at +1 second per day. A new Original Rolex crown has been fitted ( old one supplied ), new seals and deep cleaning of the bracelet and has passed a pressure test. The dial is exceptional and the plots have turned a lovely cream colour. The hand set are service replacement but do not hold any lume charge. The bezel has also been changed at service probably when the hands were changed as the lume pip does glow. The bracelet code “B” is correct for the 511 million watch serial. The watch has probably had a polish at some point in it’s long life but all 4 lugs are of equal proportion and it does not show signs of over polishing. Overall a very lovely 1680 vintage that has been very well looked after.

Dial- Perfect
Glass- Near Perfect- Some light marks to the plexi glass only visible at certain angles. No chips are deep marks
Bezel- Some tiny marks to bezel insert but overall very good
Case- Some marks to case sides and lugs- Case is in 90% condition
Crown- Perfect
Bracelet- Some marks to bracelet and clasp but very little stretch as shown in photo- 11 links in bracelet.

The watch is running perfectly and keeping time within cosc.
